To use one of your examples as an example, there's a FMW Panther MK2 and there's a FMW Panther MK2 Performance. The official registration would still have it as Standard. And yes, you could make a standard look like a Spettacolo by replacing the parts. The Morena Bizzarini has all regular parts, while the Spettacolo has some of the tuning parts as default (hood, or lights).
